City Haul Hire & Supply is a trading name of City Haul Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16814121), registered office 35–37 Ludgate Hill, London EC4M 7JN. These terms govern your use of shop.cityhaul.co.uk and any orders you place with us.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We will send an order confirmation email — this constitutes our acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if goods are unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

Payment is by bank transfer only. Full payment is required before goods are dispatched or hire equipment is delivered. Payment details are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. Please use your order number as the payment reference.

Orders will be held for 3 business days pending payment. If payment is not received within this period, your order may be cancelled.

Hire equipment (crates, cages, skates) remains the property of City Haul Ltd at all times. By hiring equipment you agree to:

• Use equipment only for its intended purpose
• Keep equipment secure and protected from damage
• Return all equipment by the agreed return date
• Pay for any lost, stolen or damaged items at the replacement cost

A refundable deposit is charged on hire orders. The deposit will be returned in full upon collection of undamaged equipment.

Late returns will be charged at the daily hire rate until equipment is collected.

We aim to deliver hire orders next working day for orders placed before 12pm. Delivery timescales for purchased goods are shown on the product page. Delivery dates are estimates only and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. For hire equipment, risk passes to you on delivery and returns to us on collection.

For purchased goods, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned unused and in original condition. Return delivery costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty.

Hire orders may be cancelled before the delivery date for a full refund. Once equipment has been delivered, hire charges are non-refundable for the booked period.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
